Guest Information & Guidelines
Please read the following information carefully for a comfortable stay.

Food & Beverages
• Please enjoy meals on the [toen-maru] area.
• Eating on the bed is strictly prohibited. Damage or stains to bedding may incur charges.
• Seal all food waste in a plastic bag and dispose of it in the first-floor trash bin.
• On rainy or humid days, avoid bringing in food with strong odors as ventilation may be limited.

Noise & Footsteps
• Please keep noise to a minimum between floors.
• Avoid heavy footsteps, as this may disturb other guests and damage the floor.
• Indoor slippers are provided and should always be worn.

Windows & Screens
• Always close the insect screen when opening windows.
• Despite regular professional pest control (CESCO), insects may occasionally appear due to the natural surroundings.

Use of Appliances
• Do not use irons or curling irons on the [toen-maru] or on the bed.
• This may leave burn marks and create a fire risk.

Public Spaces & Services
• Lights in common areas will be turned off after 9:00 PM.
• Stairwells remain lit for safe entry and exit.
• Service requests cannot be handled after lights-out, so please inform us in advance if assistance is needed.

Heating
• During winter, the boiler heating system will keep the room at a comfortable level.
• For extra warmth, you may use the A/C heating mode. It may take 5–10 minutes to release warm air.

Amenities
• Due to environmental regulations on single-use items, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided.

Visitors & Deliveries
• For safety, only registered guests are allowed inside the property.
• All deliveries must be picked up at the outdoor parking lot.
